John K. Hung, Founder & Managing Director
An educator, a global business professional and an entrepreneur, Mr. Hung has extensive experiences in higher education advisory. He has been representing the University of Notre Dame in student admissions and mentoring for more than 10 years. With an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering dual degree from University of Notre Dame, he also further his studies in Harvard and Yale School of Management. As a business leader, Mr. Hung serves on the committees of American Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. His extensive business network enables him to get internships for his students in all levels and secure jobs beyond graduations. His passion in mentoring young people and his insights in global education just make him a remarkable education practitioner. He founded IGF to build future leaders in the world through whole person education, higher education mentoring, life and career planning. In the past decade, Mr. Hung has been putting many students to reputable universities, getting internships for them in summer breaks, securing jobs for graduates in various international corporations and helping students to develop their careers in an internationalized spectrum.
Alex Li, Executive Director
A seasoned tech innovator, entrepreneur and educator, Mr. Li is passionate in young people development. He loves to mentor young men and women and lead them to success not only in schools but to their careers beyond. A former Google engineer and Boeing Digital Consultant, Mr. Li is now living in Hong Kong and running his family business; before, he worked in Beijing for a decade and was holding leadership positions in various tech firms there. His huge Global and China networks can help him to mentor students and secure internships for them. As a father of two, he knows well the education systems in the USA, Canada, China and Hong Kong. Mr. Li holds a double degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin in the USA. He is trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
